• How do I setup my shopping cart after purchase? Is there a monthly fee for using NetroCart?

• There is a one-time payment. No monthly or annual fees. After signup, you will receive an e-mail detailing how to begin the process of your online store, along with the NetroCart shopping cart software user manual. This will have all the information you need to get started. The email also provides any contact information for suport, etc.

• What are the system requirements to run NetroCart?

• Is there any HTML knowledge required to set up my Store?

• You don't need any HTML knowledge to use NetroCart software. You do not need to understand HTML or other programming languages to build or maintain your store. We have created an user friendly interface that allows you to easily manage your site.

• How long will it take to set up my store?

• It will depend on the number of products you offer. A single store with a few products might take a few days from start to finish. A large store with hundreds/ thousands of products, categories, etc. and using the more complex features may take a few weeks.

• How do I start selling online? Do I need any other tools to get started?

• To sell online you will need some e-commerce software, a web hosting package and domain name, plus a method of taking credit/debit card payments.
  
  Our shopping cart software is complete and controlled by you from a web-based control panel. You have the ability to control your e-business from any computer connected to the Internet, anywhere in the world. There are no installations, plug-ins or downloads.

• Do I need a merchant account? What if I already have a merchant account?

• You can run the store without a merchant account. PayPal is a free alternative solution, but a major drawback is that customers are redirected to the Paypal website during the checkout process as opposed to staying on your website the entire time.
  
  If you already possess a merchant account, check with your bank to ensure it is an Internet merchant account (as opposed to a brick-and-mortar retail merchant account).

• What forms of payment can I accept? What do I need to process payments online?

• You will have the ability to accept credit cards, checks, PayPal, wire transfers and purchase orders (POs).
  
  You will need to have an Internet merchant account to process the payment online and an SSL certificate to encrypt the transmitted data.

• Can my NetroCart-powered store sell to wholesale customers as well as consumers?

• Yes. Providing your store with two sets of product prices - one set of Retail price, one set of Wholesale price - any costumer visiting the store will buy at Retail price. Wholesale customers, however, accessing the site with login details will view and purchase at Wholesale price.

• How many products, product categories/types does the software support?

• NetroCart supports unlimited number of products/product categories/subcategories. You can add/delete/modify products as many times as needed.

• Does NetroCart support secure transactions?

• Yes. If you have a SSL certificate installed, NetroCart uses it automatically. We require a dedicated SSL certificate tied to your www.yourdomain.com

• Can I prevent sales information from being accessed by unauthorized staff members or others?

• Yes. Your store administrative site will have multi-level password control to access your website’s back-end.

• Is NetroCart a Search Engine Optimized software?

• Yes! To be visible on the internet, you will need to rank highly on the search engines and advertise links to your store. Your Netro shopping cart is a fully optimized and search engine friendly software. We give you the tools to incorporate SEO you’re your website. You will have complete control over META tags, Title tags page structure, page names, file names and page content.
