Advanced Shipping
Take full advantage of advanced shipping features incorporated in powerful NetroCart Shipping Component.
Base Shipping:
- integration with UPS
- shipping rate calculation
- shipping rates preview before completing checkout process
- package tracking
- addresses validation
- print shipping labels
- automatic e-mail shipping confirmation
Advanced Shipping Options:
- integration with FedEx, USPS, DHL
- multiple package shipments
- set a maximum weight per package / flag product as oversized – orders exceeding that weight are automatically divided over separate boxes. “Oversized products” are treated as separate package when estimating shipping rates (this reduces the changes of no rates being returned from a shipping service provider)
- show shipping and handling fees as a separate charge (fees are specific to each shipping option)
- display only selected shipping services from each service provider (e.g. only show FedEx Same Day and FedEx Priority Overnight, not FedEx 2Day)
- set "free shipping" for a selected shipping option above a certain order value
- store multiple destination addresses so that the client may choose the ship-to address that applies to a new order from a drop-down menu without having to re-enter it
